Troubleshooting

Some tabs are missing in the software, how can I get them to show up?

The software can operate in two user modes: Novice and Expert Mode. By default, the software will be set to Novice Mode hiding all advanced tabs and options in the software. When Expert Mode is enabled, all tabs will be shown.

To enable Expert Mode (shows all tabs and dialogs)
  1. Open the PlanetDNS Software Properties
  2. Click on the Settings tab
  3. Select the I am an Expert option
  4. Click the Apply push-button
