License and registration

The license I received doesn't seem to work. What do I need to do?

Make sure that you enter the registration information exactly as presented in the e-mail you received following your purchase of the PlanetRemote software. The registration process requires you to enter the name and company (if applicable) correctly, in order for the software registration process to be completed successfully.
