Troubleshooting

I see a small red X in my browser window when trying to connect to the remote computer.

JAVA is either not enabled in your browser, or is not installed on your computer. The latter situation is typically the case for Windows XP users, as JAVA is no longer included in Internet Explorer.

Download and install Sun Microsystems JAVA by clicking http://www.java.com/en/download/
