You can reactivate an existing account in the event that you may have had to re-install the software or if you transferred it to another computer.

 

To reactivate an existing account

  1. Right-mouse click on the PlanetDNS Client icon in the system tray and select Properties...


     

  2. Click on the Account tab.


     

  3. Enter the Authorization Code of the account you wish to reactivate into the Authorization field.

    NOTE: If you no longer have the Authorization Code of the account you want to reactivate, you can obtain it from our website by clicking here. Also, please be sure to keep a record of your authorization code for ready access in the future.
     

  4. Press the Activate... button to reactivate the account.
