When I try to connect to my Internet Name (or domain name), I get a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message in my web browser.
I have re-installed the software and I get a message "You have chosen an Internet name that is already in use."
After starting the software, the globe icon in the system tray stays grey and indicates that I am offline.
